I didn’t know how to fry fish previously, yeap..it might sound silly but that how I am previously. The fish I fried used to looks very ugly, the fish head was crash, the skin was lose..Lucky, it still can eat..just not a nice looking disk lor..:p

Below is the step I learnt from my mother. She can’t stand with my cooking skill and point out my mistake.

Dried the fish with absorb oil paper or cloth, make sure the fish not watery.
