I do not know how to make the Alfredo La Pasta sauce. But I know where to find tasty and instant pasta. :lol: This pack of Alfredo La Pasta show it serves 2 person, but I could finish it all by myself. I think it might not enough for those who have big appetite. :p

Simple Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Wow.. I could not believe that I still have chance to bake cookies again. I thought I would not have much time to do this as I always complaint no time. :lol:

Anyway, this just a simple recipe that I found online. The taste is good, although it wasn’t very crispy but it nice too. Even SQ, Kiki and fatty also said it’s taste good. I am very happy with the result.

Ingredients :
115g butter
60g sugar
110g Brown sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
170g flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150g. dark chocolate, chopped or cut into small pieces


ready all the ingredients. Add a bit of salt into plain flour.

Stir-Fried Four Angled Bean

My man loves this dish. I was not interest to cook it until I found that he loves this. :lol:
Sometimes, when I want to make the cooking time as short as possible, then I will boil the four-angled bean before stir-fry. So that I do not have to spend more time to stir-fry until it cooked.

Four Angled Bean (Winged bean)
Oyster Sauce
Garlic
Salt

Steamed Pao With SengKuang And Minced Meat

I thought make steamed Pao is very easy with those ready to use flour pack. Now I know I am wrong! It really take time to prepare filling and the Pao skin. Oh My..I used two hours to make some steamed Pao..very tire ler..I am too lazy to do it again haha

Ingredients :
Pao Flour - 1 Pack

Filling 1
Seng Kuang (Sweet Turnip)
dried prawn
Oyster Sauce
Pepper

Filling 2
Spring Onion
Cabbage
Minced Meat

Stir-fried Broccoli Cauliflower With Prawn

Another vegetables that I often cook on festival day. Stir-fried cauliflower, Broccoli with prawn.

Ingredients :

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrot
Medium or small size prawn
Ginger
Garlic
Osyter Sauce
Corn Powder

Honey Maltose Chicken

I tried to cook the chicken with Honey and Maltose like what I have when eating outside, however, the taste i cook just different. haha…Yeap..I do not search the recipe online but just simply add whatever I like. :p

Anyway, the taste not bad.

Deep fried all the chicken.

Heat oil and stir fry chop garlic and ginger.

Add Maltose.

Then a little bit honey, sugar, pepper and salt.

Mixed all.

Add in deep fried chicken and mixed well will do.

Hakka Braised Fried Pork

I finally have chance to cook the famous Braised hakka fried pork at home. This dish is very easy to cook but need a longer time for the preparation because the best part to have a tasty Stewed Hakka Fried meat is marinated the meat overnight. And if you could cook it and store for another night then will be the most delicious. It may take up to one or two days for preparation before you taste.

Of course, I could not wait for so long lor..Usually I will marinated the meat at night then cook and finish all in the next day. :lol:

Ingredients :
streaky pork
Nam Nui
Five Spice Powder
Hua Tiao Wine
1 egg
Corn Powder
Salt
Onion - Chop Well
Black Fungus
Garlic
Water


Cut Streaky pork into pieces and marinate with Nam Nui, Five Spice Powder, Hua Tiao wine, 1 eggs, corn powder, chop well onion and salt. Store overnight in refrigerant.

Boiled Eggplants

Simple dish that does not need good cooking skill. Everyone can make it. The eggplants taste very sweet without added sugar. Whole processing only need 10 mins time.

Ingredients :
Eggplants
Saute Onion With Oil
Oyster sauce
Plain Water

Cut eggplants into half and boil with plain water.

Boiled until the eggplants cook. About 5 - 10 mins.

Saute Onion with oil until it’s turn brownie or crispy.

Cooked eggplants.

Peel the eggplant slowly.

Separate the half eggplants into small pieces and add some oyster sauce or soy sauce at top.

Then, topping with saute onion with oil.

Steamed Egg With Minced Meat

I am very lazy to cook recently. Do you notice that most of my recent recipe is all about egg? Don’t you think egg is the most easy to cook dish. and it taste good no matter how you cook also. :lol: Today is steamed egg with minced meat. Easy yet delicious dish.

Ingredients :

Egg
Meat
Plain Water
Salt
Saute Onion with Oil
Soy Sauce

Meat - chop well.

Stir-fry the minced meat until 70% cook, so that you do not need to steam for long time to cook it.
