Tuna Macaroni

I get this recipe from one of the colleague, it is very simple and easy to cook too. She actually use the microwave to cook this but I am too bad and too stupid to use the microwave. So, I use wok and pot instead. ![]()

Simple Dried Noodle

A very simple dried noodle. When I have lost of idea what to cook for lunch or when I am too lazy to prepare food, besides instant noodle, this would be a good alternative choice for a not so unhealthy fast food. Although I am using the instant type of noodle but without using their “Ajinomo” spice, “I THINK” should be better. :p

Steam Prawn With Garlic

Seem like has no recipe is easier than this one. All could be done in 5 minutes, except the prawn clearing part. :p..I like to use medium and big prawn for this dish. Too bad, the prawn is very expensive nowadays, cannot afford to enjoy it everyday.

Why Do I Want To Eat At Friday’s?
It is the first family friendly restaurant that I ever visited. Both my children are always occupied with the entertainment provided by Fridays and this gives hubby and me a quite and peaceful time to enjoy our meal. They can enjoy painting with crayon provided by Fridays for more than an hour. That one hour is a real blessing for husband and me. Besides that, Friday’s offers a special kid menu that is free for my children that comes with every main course order; I don’t need to spend extra money for my kids that don’t eat much. Great huh?
Now, come to my favorite food that I MUST have every time I have my meal at Friday’s. Sorry for the blurriness of below picture, it was taken with my phone camera. I love the 3 tier Fajita Tower! I always have order the chicken and beef Fajita Tower, so that I can enjoy both flavor. You should try it out too. Oh ya…That’s only my appetizer, not the main course.

CHARGRILLED CHICKEN/BEEF SIZZLIN’ FAJITA TOWER
Chargrilled chicken served sizzling on a platter of grilled onions and peppers. Wrap the meat and vegetables in warm flour tortillas or crisp lettuce cups. Then top with cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole to give it even more Southwestern flair.

Homemade Instant Satay & Peanut Sauce
Ingredients :
Meat (cut into small cube/pieces)
Peanut / Ground
Instant Satay Sauce Pack
Instant Satay Marinate Powder Pack
Onion (chop well and serves raw)
Water
Oil

I found 2 pack instant Satay sauce & marinate powder at Giant, thought of want to have a try. So brought it back. and do it on last weekend. Its very troublesome actually, you have to stir-fry the peanut then grind it..This have took me 30 mins and then cook the sauc..finished all in 2 HOURS time! ohh..if someone waiting for this without taking lunch..I think he will be die under hungry already..
I’m not good in using microwave, and cause my satay meat become abit dry. I think is grill using traditional method (just like those roadside stall), should be very tasty one. Because even though I spoiled the Satay meat, but it taste nice too..just have to make you your teeth are strong enough to bite..
