OK! I am lazy…and I know this should be my main meal but I like it! :p

Instant Prawn Mee that I bought at supermarket. Nowadays, instant Mee also expensive already. No longer 30 cents per pack, this cost me about RM3.00 for 5 packs, 60 cents per bag. Price increased 50%, anyway still cheap lah…:p

I found that dried seaweed is one of the best vegetables to store in refrigerant. You could use it whenever you want and the best is it could last long, unlike those fresh vegetable. And it very tasty to cook with this HarMee also.

Don’t think you need to follow my step to cook at below lor..too easy to cook instant mee what..don’t tell me you don’t know..

I want a luxury instant mee, so add in black pepper sausage & seaweed (can’t find fresh vegetables mah)

all dump in to cook except seaweed.

add seaweed before off the gas.

Yummy Yummy unhealthy meal. :p

I do not know how to make the Alfredo La Pasta sauce. But I know where to find tasty and instant pasta. This pack of Alfredo La Pasta show it serves 2 person, but I could finish it all by myself. I think it might not enough for those who have big appetite. :p

Ingredients :
1 pack Alfredo La Pasta instant pack
Fresh milk
Meat
Capsicum
Butter

Cut capsicum and meal into slice.

Stir fry meal with butter until cooked.

Add in water or fresh milk (if you prefer more creamy) and 1 pack of Alfredo La Pasta.

Let all of it boil about 7 - 10mins or until the pasta cooked.

Then add in capsicum and simply stir fry for awhile. I prefer fresh capsicum, so normally will mix it and turn off the fire immediately.

Creamy Alfredo La Pasta is served! Yummy Yummy!

Wow.. I could not believe that I still have chance to bake cookies again. I thought I would not have much time to do this as I always complaint no time.

Anyway, this just a simple recipe that I found online. The taste is good, although it wasn’t very crispy but it nice too. Even SQ, Kiki and fatty also said it’s taste good. I am very happy with the result.

Ingredients :
115g butter
60g sugar
110g Brown sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
170g flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150g. dark chocolate, chopped or cut into small pieces

ready all the ingredients. Add a bit of salt into plain flour.

Chocolate cut into small pieces.

Add all Brown sugar, sugar and butter into mixer and mixed well.

Then add egg into bowl, vanilla extract and mix well. btw, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Add in flour slowly until all mixed smooth.

Finally add in chocolate pieces and mixed well.

Apply some butter on baking sheet before place the dough.

Then use a small spoon to make the dough into small ball. Leave some space in between the cookies. I was wrongly estimated the space, ended up all my cookies stick together and I have to use knife to cut it into shape. :p

Bake at 180C about 10 - 12 minutes.

Leave the cookie completely cool on baking sheet before transferring to cans.

How is it? Does it look nice? The cookies lah…..

Sometimes, when I want to make the cooking time as short as possible, then I will boil the four-angled bean before stir-fry. So that I do not have to spend more time to stir-fry until it cooked.

Ingredients :
Four Angled Bean (Winged bean)
Oyster Sauce
Garlic
Salt

Slant cut four angled bean into 1 inch length.

Heat oil and stir0fried chop well garlic until fragrant.

Add in four angled bean to continue stir fried for 5 minutes (if never boiled before).

Add in oyster sauce and a bit of salt to stir fry for one or two minutes.

Serve.

p/s : If you boiled the four angled bean before stir fry, you could straight away add in oyster sauce right after added four angled bean. Stir fry one or two minutes before serve.

Above was the all in Pao four I bought at market. Everything are included. You just have to prepare the filling.

Leave a side for about 30 mins, covered with wet cloth to avoid the dough turn dry.

Seng Guang cut into slice, dried prawn, minced meat, cabbage shop welled and spring onion.

Marinated minced meat with oyster sauce and corn power.

Heat oil, stir fried dried prawn until fragrant. Then add in sengsuang to stir fried.

Add oyster sauce and pepper to taste. I prefer more pepper, taste a little bit spice. Doesn’t need to cook until soft, don’t forget that we still have to steam it later.

Second filling - heat oil and stir-fried minced meat for 5 mins.

Then, add in cabbale and spring onion and mixed well.

Two different filling waiting to use.

Look at the photo then you will know how to make the Pao..I am too lazy to explain it..hehe..hard for me to explain..poor english. :p

Steam the Pao for 15 minutes.
