Stir-fried Broccoli Cauliflower With Prawn

Another vegetables that I often cook on festival day. Stir-fried cauliflower, Broccoli with prawn.
Ingredients :
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrot
Medium or small size prawn
Ginger
Garlic
Osyter Sauce
Corn Powder

Boiled Eggplants

Simple dish that does not need good cooking skill. Everyone can make it. The eggplants taste very sweet without added sugar. Whole processing only need 10 mins time.

Ingredients :
Eggplants
Saute Onion With Oil
Oyster sauce
Plain Water

Japanese Cucumber Stir Fry With Prawn

Besides using the Japanese Green Cucumber for this dish, sometimes I would use the yellow big cucumber as well. of course the texture was not as good as the green cucumber. But still taste very nice and easy to buy. I personally like the small green cucumber, because i like to chew.

Steamed Hairy Cucumber (Mao Gua)
