Pan Mian Skin Dumpling

Mackerel

Corn Powder
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Spring Onion
Sweet Turnips
Chinese Chives

Homemade Dumpling Skin

Noodle/Pasta Dough

Ingredients :
Flour
Cold Water
Egg (Optional)
A little bit Oil (Optional)

1st ~ Dig a hole in the flour..more easy to cover the egg / water / oil..
Don’t pour too many of water 1st..Its can add later..

starting to mixing all ingredients..

Add more water if the dough too dry..

Random Fried Rice

Luncheong Meat
Dark Soy Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Cut luncheong meat into small cube & fried til crispy. & put aside..

U will enjoy this add in luncheong meat..Its taste great with fried rice..

2nd ~  stir fried with onion with oil..

3rd ~ stir fried egg..I like to add in soy sauce into raw egg..

‘Pocket’ Egg with Rice

I think this will be the most easier recipe to serves with plain rice..:lol:
I started to feed myself with this recipe when I’m standard 4..and its just a supper for me..sometimes fried 2 eggs and enjoy with my BIG bowl plate of rice…

Homemade Chow Keuy Teow

Porridge

I was sick for 2 weeks oledi..no mood to eat oso..don even say cook lah..so no update on my recipe lor..
After 2 weeks of tasteless food, I kenot stand for plain porridge anymore ..so have this MIXED porridge for myself…:lol:

Salted Egg, Century Egg & 豆鼓鲮鱼 (don-no-wat-it call in english :p)

Korea Instant Mee

Bored with local instand mee..:))..so try this instand mee from Korea ..cost RM2.20 per bag..expensive but quite a big portion ..1 bag equal to 2 bags maggie mee . There is a similar packing in the market which is call Shin Tamyun oso…The different r …the chinese word! Shin (Spice) r more tasty..the wan with [...]

Hakka Pan Mee (Flat Flour Noodle Soup)

This is very popular at Seri Kembangan…and I’m hakka..sure I know how to make it..1st ~ Noodle made by tepung gandum + egg + water + oil (to save time..lazy bugs attacked skip this step..I used ready to serves noodle….very cheap mah…about RM5 for 1 kg only…)

Japanese Cold Soba Noodle
