Homemade Yong Tao Hu Gallery
Ingredients :
Bitterground
Dried Tohu Bob
Eggplant
Lady Finger
White Tohu
Fish
Meat
Spring Onion
1st ~ Mixed well all the fish, meat, spring Onion and add some pepper & salt. Optional add chop well dried prawn..I usually will mix this too..cause it taste better.

Pao Sam Chicken Soup
Ingredients :
1 Black Chicken
American Ginseng (泡å‚)
Water

1st ~ Rinse the chicken thoroughly and trim any excess skin and fat. Usually I will request the chicken staller do it for me. Included trim the skin & cut into 4 large pieces..Of coz still have to clean it after back home lor.

2nd ~ Add in the Bao Sam & the water just enough to cover the chicken.

Ingredients :
Chicken Wing
Soya Sauce
Garlic
Onion
Red Chillies /Chili Padi
Curry Leaf
Oyster Sauce

1st - Marinated Chicken wing with Soya Sauce for 2-3 hours

2nd - garlic, onion & red chillies chop well

3rd - wash curry leaf & get ready to use

4th - Deep fry chicken wing

5th - til golden color

6th - stir fry onion, garlic & curry leaf with oil

7th - add in red chillies for another mins

8th - then add chicken wings

9th - stri fy with (oyster sauce + water)

10th - Gao Dim ..:smile:
Donno where my mother get this recipe..but it just very delicious & so easy to prepare…I love it very much..usually I have to prepare at least 2 pairs for each person..totally 15 pairs for dinner ler….many hor? ![]()
Dried Chilies (GongPoh) Chicken Cube 宫å®é¸¡ä¸
Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cut into cube)
Dried Chilies
Big Onion
Garlic
Capsicum
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Corn Powder

1st - Fry chicken cube for 1 - 2 mins, and ready to use.

2nd - Stir-fry onion, dried chilies, garlic with oil ..

3rd - Add Capsicum b4 stir-fry chicken cube
(If u like to eat raw capsicum)
Otherwise stir-fry abit longer

4th - Add in chicken cube

6th - get ready corn powder mixed with water

5th - Add oyster sauce & soya sauce stir for awhile
Finally add mixed corn powder

OK! Dried Chilies Chicken Cube (宫å®é¸¡ä¸ï¼‰ ready to serves.
beside chicken meat..I love to make GongPoh sotong, GongPoh Tian Kei & etc..:lol:…yummy
sometimes I will put 腰豆 (cashew nut) for topping too..but this time lazy to goreng ler..hehe
