Chinese PanCake

Ingredients :
Dried Prawn
Flour
Spring Onion
Pepper
Salt

1st ~ Fried dried prawn til crispy.

2nd ~ Mixed flour with water (I didn’t take the actual measurement, usually just simply mixed..:mrgreen:

3rd ~ add in spring onion & dried prawn and mix well..

4th ~ heat the wok with alittle bit oil 1st..and add a big spoon of paste into it..

Steamed Tofu Topping With Dried Prawn

Ingredients :
Soft Tofu
Dried Prawn
Onion
Oil
Oyster Sauce
Dark Soya Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Steamed the soft tofu for 5 mins or just steam in rice cooker when ur rice just cook.

2nd ~ Fried / Deep fry dried prawn until crispy.

UltraMan Breakfast

Sunday Breakfast for me & SQ..isn’t this cute?? :lol:…from the cute fried rice..I learn something creative..what you need just to get more time on decoration the food..I’m try this on the most easy meal..the breakfast…and it did increase my appetitive …:lol:

Pan Mian Skin Dumpling

Mackerel
Meat
Corn Powder
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Spring Onion
Sweet Turnips
Chinese Chives
Cabbage
Homemade Dumpling Skin

1st ~ Mixed meat with fish..and marinated with corn powder, oyster sauce & soy sauce.

2nd ~ Spring onion, sweet turnips, chinese chives & cabbage chop well

3rd ~ mixing all with meat

Lemon Flavour Egg Biscuit

Ingredients :
Flour
Eggs
Butter
Sugar
Lemon Juice
Lemon Skin
A bit salt

Sorry, I didn’t take teh actual measurement…:mrgreen:

1st ~ Add a little bit salt into flour & filter it

2nd ~ Softening the butter

3rd ~ add in sugar slowly..

4th ~ Mixing it until change a little bit to light yellow color..

5th ~ Add in Lemon skin & juice..just estimate..if u like sour [...]

Deep Fried Pohpian - Chinese Chives & Egg

Ingredients :
Eggs
Chinese Chives
Pohpian Skin
Pepper
Soy Sauce

1st ~ I like to add in pepper & soy sauce before stir-fried the egg..Its more tasty..

2nd ~ mix with chinese chives which cut into 1/2 - 1cm length..

3rd ~ Stir-fried until it cook…

4th ~ alittle bit like slumber egg..

5th ~ then just fill into pohpian skin…& roll it..get ready [...]

Dim Sum Party

Actually this was my old post, we have a dim sum party on SQ 1st birthday party..(wah…times flies..tat was 1 & 1/2 year ago)..Ingredients is simple..Just meat (Fish/Pork) chop well, pohpian skin, wantan skin, chinese mushroom..

Fried Pohpian roll with turnip & carrot.. and I tried a new recipe for pohpian..hehe stir-fry chinese chives + egg..then [...]

Steamed Yam Cake (Wu Tou Kow)

Yam
dried shrimp
onion
salt
five spice powder
Blended rice flour
Brown bean Sauce

1st ~ Fried yam with oil, dried shrimp, onion, salt & five spice powder.

2nd ~ Mixed 500gm (1 bag) Blended rice flour with 1.5ml water (1 mineral water bottle).. 3rd ~ stir until all flour mixed.

Potato Egg

1 Potato
2 Eggs

1st ~ Cut potato into slice (about 0.5cm)
2nd ~ either bake it til cook or Fried til cook
( I use bake, cos trying to not to consume more oi…l)

3rd ~ Break eggs into cook potato & mix well
4th ~ Add some salt, pepper & soy sauce to taste

5th ~ heat wok
