Creamy Shell pasta with ham + fresh milk

Boil shell pasta until it soft.
heat butter and stir fry with ham (cut into small cube), fresh mushroom + carrot.
add pasta and pasta cream and mixed well.

5 minutes French Ham Rolls

Usually I make sandwiches with ham only and this is the first time I am tried to cook with ham. Can’t believe that it taste very yummy even with this simple ingredients and seasoning. I just season with soy sauce and the taste turn out great!

Minced Meat Fried Egg/Omelet

Usually I would topping with raw onion and added soy sauce for the minced meat fried egg, but this time I forgot to buy onion. So, could not have a better taste fried egg.

Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen) Scrambled Egg

Ingredients :
Carrot
Chinese Chives
Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen)
Egg
Salt
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Soak Bean Thread Noodle in water about 10 mins then cut in 1 - 2 inch length. Same as Carrot and Chinese Chives.

2nd - break in egg, add pepper, salt and some soy sauce to taste.

I’m 1st time bought this Japanese Mixed Flour is tried on the fried vegetables, taste yummy and very crispy. So quickly grab another 2 pack on the next visit to Jusco supermarket..:lol:

Grill Tohu Serves With Rojak Sauce

Dried Bean Curd
Beansprouts
Green Cucumber
Peanut
Rojak Sauce

1st ~ Simply stir-fry the Beansprouts without oil..and add alittle bit salt to taste.

2nd ~ cucumber cut into slice & in 2Inch length.
