5 minutes French Ham Rolls

Usually I make sandwiches with ham only and this is the first time I am tried to cook with ham. Can’t believe that it taste very yummy even with this simple ingredients and seasoning. I just season with soy sauce and the taste turn out great!

Ingredients :
French Ham
Carrot
Japanese Cucumber
Soy Sauce
A little Bit oil

Cut Carrot & Japanese cucumber into 2 inch length.

Steamed Pao With SengKuang And Minced Meat

I thought make steamed Pao is very easy with those ready to use flour pack. Now I know I am wrong! It really take time to prepare filling and the Pao skin. Oh My..I used two hours to make some steamed Pao..very tire ler..I am too lazy to do it again haha

Ingredients :
Pao Flour - 1 Pack

Filling 1
Seng Kuang (Sweet Turnip)
dried prawn
Oyster Sauce
Pepper

Filling 2
Spring Onion
Cabbage
Minced Meat
Oyster Sauce

Steamed Egg With Minced Meat

I am very lazy to cook recently. Do you notice that most of my recent recipe is all about egg? Don’t you think egg is the most easy to cook dish. and it taste good no matter how you cook also. :lol: Today is steamed egg with minced meat. Easy yet delicious dish.

Ingredients :

Egg
Meat
Plain Water
Salt
Saute Onion with Oil
Soy Sauce

Meat - chop well.

Stir-fry the minced meat until 70% cook, so that you do not need to steam for long time to cook it.

Minced Meat Fried Egg/Omelet

Usually I would topping with raw onion and added soy sauce for the minced meat fried egg, but this time I forgot to buy onion. So, could not have a better taste fried egg. :(

Fried Onion Omelet

Another simple yet easy to prepare dish. Not even need 10 minutes time. Usually i will pick the big red onion and cut into slice. Although the onion taste spice when it is raw, but you definitely wouldn’t taste any spicy in this meal. It taste very sweet and you don’t even need to add sugar or others seasoning.

Sweet And Spicy Sauce

Ingredients :
Small Chili
Lemon Glass
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Sugar
Tomato Sauce
Chili Sauce

I recommended you all try this sauce, its really taste great! I just learn from my sister’s friend who are a chief. I tried to serves with fried fish and stir fry with chicken, taste good ler.

Back to the sauce. I love it, its fragrant with lemon glass, not too sweet and not too spicy too. Of cause you can adjust the taste to switch yourself. ahh..I cooked for Jason this before, you ask him good or not lor.

Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen) Slumber Egg

Ingredients :
Carrot
Chinese Chives
Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen)
Egg
Salt
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Soak Bean Thread Noodle in water about 10 mins then cut in 1 - 2 inch length. Same as Carrot and Chinese Chives.

2nd - break in egg, add pepper, salt and some soy sauce to taste.

Deep Fried Dried Seaweed Spring Roll

Ingredients:

Japanese Fry Mixed Powder
Mackerel
Crab Stick
Dried Seaweed
Water
Pepper
Salt

I’m 1st time bought this Japanese Mixed Flour is tried on the fried vegetables, taste yummy and very crispy. So quickly grab another 2 pack on the next visit to Jusco supermarket..:lol:

1st ~ Mackerel mixed with pepper and salt..just like what we prepare for Yong Tao Hu.

Grill Tohu Serves With Rojak Sauce

Ingredients :
Dried Bean Curd
Beansprouts
Green Cucumber
Peanut
Rojak Sauce

1st ~ Simply stir-fry the Beansprouts without oil..and add alittle bit salt to taste.

2nd ~ cucumber cut into slice & in 2Inch length.

Chinese PanCake

Ingredients :

Dried Prawn
Flour
Spring Onion
Pepper
Salt

1st ~ Fried dried prawn til crispy.

2nd ~ Mixed flour with water (I didn’t take the actual measurement, usually just simply mixed..:mrgreen:


3rd ~ add in spring onion & dried prawn and mix well..

4th ~ heat the wok with alittle bit oil 1st..and add a big spoon of paste into it..

5th ~ cook about 3 mins at aside..

6th ~ then turn it back and continue to cook till done..

7th ~ cut into the shape u like…

And eat! :lol: …I think this is similar with Taiwanese Pancake..simple but yummy appetizer..
