5 minutes French Ham Rolls

Usually I make sandwiches with ham only and this is the first time I am tried to cook with ham. Can’t believe that it taste very yummy even with this simple ingredients and seasoning. I just season with soy sauce and the taste turn out great!
Ingredients :
French Ham
Carrot
Japanese Cucumber
Soy Sauce
A little Bit oil

Cut Carrot & Japanese cucumber into 2 inch length.

Steamed Egg Milk With Bread

Ingredient:
Left over bread (especially those leave over bread, ham / cheese from bento-ing)
1 egg
1 small cup fresh milk / formula milk
3 tbs castor sugar / Salt (depends on your taste)
Method:

Cut all left over bread / ham / cheese into small pieces.

Mix the egg and sugar or salt & milk, then add into left over bread pieces.

Steam or bake for 10 mins. (I am steamed it and trying to make it like Japanese Mushi Egg, SQ & Kiki like that)

Taste good as dessert..
But I prefer to eat rice with Steamed Egg With Minced Meat.. haha
Sweet Corn Custard Cake
I wanted to bake sweet corn custard cake since very long time ago. I bought the book specially for this custard cake and had planning to bake it since 3 years ago! But I will only think and never make it because of hassle preparation works.

Anyway, I finally made it at my super boring weekend! The sweet corn custard taste great but the cake it self taste a little bit hard. I think I make something wrong on the cake. Hmm..maybe over cook already? haha
I follow below recipe to bake the cake. I do not snap any photos while making the cake because all the photos are show in the recipe book. Sorry I could not post the photo in large format due to copyright. :p


Instant Penang Prawn Mee With Seaweed

OK! I am lazy…and I know this should be my main meal but I like it! :p
Instant Prawn Mee that I bought at supermarket. Nowadays, instant Mee also expensive already. No longer 30 cents per pack, this cost me about RM3.00 for 5 packs, 60 cents per bag. Price increased 50%,
anyway still cheap lah…:p
I found that dried seaweed is one of the best vegetables to store in refrigerant. You could use it whenever you want and the best is it could last long, unlike those fresh vegetable. And it very tasty to cook with this HarMee also.
Don’t think you need to follow my step to cook at below lor..too easy to cook instant mee what..don’t tell me you don’t know..:lol:
