Hakka Braised Fried Pork

I finally have chance to cook the famous Braised hakka fried pork at home. This dish is very easy to cook but need a longer time for the preparation because the best part to have a tasty Stewed Hakka Fried meat is marinated the meat overnight. And if you could cook it and store for another night then will be the most delicious. It may take up to one or two days for preparation before you taste.

Of course, I could not wait for so long lor..Usually I will marinated the meat at night then cook and finish all in the next day.

Ingredients :
streaky pork
Nam Nui
Five Spice Powder
Hua Tiao Wine
1 egg
Corn Powder
Salt
Onion - Chop Well
Black Fungus
Garlic
Water

Cut Streaky pork into pieces and marinate with Nam Nui, Five Spice Powder, Hua Tiao wine, 1 eggs, corn powder, chop well onion and salt. Store overnight in refrigerant.

Soak the Black Fungus for few hours before cook.

Deep fried streaky port.

Until it brownie and crispy.

I usually will keep 1/4 of the deep fried meat to eat. and the balance all dump into pot. Add in raw garlic (whole piece) or separate into small pieces.

Then, add water to the bowl that marinated streaky pork to mix the marinated sauce.

Then add into the pot, water has to just nice to water the meat. and boil for 1 - 1.5 hours until the meats are soft.

Open cover and add some oyster sauce and mixed well. Then off the fire and close the cover. Leave it there for few hours to let the meat absorb the sauce.

Finished!
