Minced Meat Fried Egg/Omelet
Usually I would topping with raw onion and added soy sauce for the minced meat fried egg, but this time I forgot to buy onion. So, could not have a better taste fried egg. ![]()

Ingredients:
Egg
Meat (Chop Well)
Salt
Oil
Soy Sauce (to taste)
Small Onion (Topping)

Beat and mixed well the egg.

Minced meat. I usually add a little bit soy sauce and mix well before cook.
Add some oil and stir fry minced meat. The minced meat contain lot of water, remember to stir fry until its dry.

Add a little bit salt to taste and stir fry until it dry.

Add in egg equally around the minced meat and let it cook.

Turn to the other side after 2 - 3 mins. And continue cook until both sides look brown color.

Then just add the onion on top and soy sauce to taste.
