Japanese Cucumber Stir Fry With Prawn
Besides using the Japanese Green Cucumber for this dish, sometimes I would use the yellow big cucumber as well. of course the texture was not as good as the green cucumber. But still taste very nice and easy to buy. I personally like the small green cucumber, because i like to chew. ![]()

Medium size Prawn / meat
soy sauce
Oyster Sauce
Onion
Corn powder

Fried Onion Omelet

Another simple yet easy to prepare dish. Not even need 10 minutes time. Usually i will pick the big red onion and cut into slice. Although the onion taste spice when it is raw, but you definitely wouldn’t taste any spicy in this meal. It taste very sweet and you don’t even need to add sugar or others seasoning.

Sweet And Sour Macaroni

A very Chinese style Macaroni that I cook last week. Although is not Macaroni soup, but I changed the style from Tuna Macaroni, sweet and sour is my favorite. Even my parent who do not like western food enjoy it too. You may try to replace the Chilies sauce to tomato sauce if you plan to cook for kids.
