Tuna Macaroni

Published by admin at 3:40 pm under Rice & Noodles

I get this recipe from one of the colleague, it is very simple and easy to cook too. She actually use the microwave to cook this but I am too bad and too stupid to use the microwave. So, I use wok and pot instead.

Ingredients :
Macaroni
Red/Green/Yellow Capsicum
Tuna In Water 1 Canned
Pepper
Salt
Soy Sauce
Oil

Boil water with little salt and oil. Then add in the macaroni to cook.

Cook about 15 - 20 minutes until it soft.

Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry tuna.

Add in slice capsicum.

Then add in cooked macaroni and stir-fry again. follow by a little bit of sal, pepper and soy sauce to taste. Why I add soy sauce? actually you don’t need t, I added because I am Chinese and I probably like the soy sauce taste.

Optional : I think topping with some celery or basil leave will taste good also.
