Simple Dried Noodle

A very simple dried noodle. When I have lost of idea what to cook for lunch or when I am too lazy to prepare food, besides instant noodle, this would be a good alternative choice for a not so unhealthy fast food. Although I am using the instant type of noodle but without using their “Ajinomo” spice, “I THINK” should be better. :p

Ingredient :
Cintan Mi Sanggual
Oyster Sauce
Black Soy Sauce
Pepper
Onion
Oil

Optional :
Vegetables
Meat Balls
Fish Balls
whatever you can grab in your freezer

Saute Onion with oil until it’s turn brownie or crispy.

Boil another bowl of water and cook the vege, meat and whatever you want.

Boil water and cook the Cintan Mi Sanggul until it soft.

Dried the cooked Noodle, add in oyster sauce, black soy sauce, pepper, mix all together. If too dried then add a little bit water.

Finally topping with cook vege and others ingredients.

Wah, you put so much dried onion oil, not good for health! I prefer thinner noodle actually ;) May I know what black soy sauce are you using? I’m using SCF rocket brand. I think the soy sauce is the most important element here ;)
