Do you know what above utensil use for? I bought it at night market, I think it selling at wet market too..And I never thought of it how to use it when I first saw it.

I get this recipe from one of the colleague, it is very simple and easy to cook too. She actually use the microwave to cook this but I am too bad and too stupid to use the microwave. So, I use wok and pot instead.

Seem like has no recipe is easier than this one. All could be done in 5 minutes, except the prawn clearing part. :p..I like to use medium and big prawn for this dish. Too bad, the prawn is very expensive nowadays, cannot afford to enjoy it everyday.
