Simple Fried Fish Tips

I didn’t know how to fry fish previously, yeap..it might sound silly but that how I am previously. :lol: The fish I fried used to looks very ugly, the fish head was crash, the skin was lose..Lucky, it still can eat..just not a nice looking disk lor..:p

Below is the step I learnt from my mother. She can’t stand with my cooking skill and point out my mistake.


Dried the fish with absorb oil paper or cloth, make sure the fish not watery.


Coat a little bit corn powder to fish..a little bit will enough, not necessary to coat the whole fish.


Oil have to be real hot before put in the fish. And don’t turn the fish for at least few minutes or until you see the bottom side become brownish.


Then, you will have a “completed” nice looking fish.
