(Non-Halal) Spicy Pig Stomach Soup

Ingredients :
Yoke Zok
Kei Zi (Goji)
Dong Sam
Pepper
ginger (few slice)
Chicken
Pig stomach
Pork intestine

 

This is one of my favorite food, but I think this may antipathy for foreign people cause using too much of intestine? :lol: will this like something you watch at Fear Factor? Of cause not..This is muchhhhhh muchhh..yummy and its COOK!
This real a Chinese style dish, and it is one of our confinement food, which indicate that will warm woman’s womb.

1st ~ Take pigs stomachs and scald them well.

 

 

2nd ~ Boil some water with ki chi, Yoke Chok, Dong Sam.

 

 

2nd ~ Cut chicken & met into cube (Sorry picture very blur..hand problem..:lol:)

 

 

3rd ~ pig stomach & Pork intestine boil with water until cook and soft, then cut into slice.

 

 

4th ~ cook the meat with boiling water for awhile to ease the fat.

 

 

5th ~ Add in Pepper (in powder form) then follow by others ingredients.

 

 

 

6th ~ Add in salt to taste.

 

 

7th ~ Finally add in all ingredients

 

 

8th ~ Add Chinese Celery to make it more tasty.

 

 

9th ~ Usually I will serves with garlic, chilli and soy sauce..best match.:p

    Edward, thankx! nope..I don’t have a restaurant, that just some simply recipe I cook at home..can’t serves to customer..:lol:

    Thanks for putting your pig stomach recipe up. The Yum Cha version is a favourite of my (Taiwanese) wife and olso of mine (I’m an Anglo). Bon Appetit!
