Do you know what above utensil use for? I bought it at night market, I think it selling at wet market too..And I never thought of it how to use it when I first saw it.

Guess what this utensil use for?

tatatata…..The answer is … oil filter! :lol: ..an useful utensil to remove grease from soup! I love to drink soup, but most of the Chinese style soup are kind of greasy. I trying not to consuming too much of oil..not healthy and not yummy too .:p

Let us see how it works..

It helps to remove grease from soup without wasting much of soup…I’m fall in love with this utensil since I know how to use it.. And the best is now I can enjoy Black Vinegar Pork Knuckles without greasy…yumyum..

    goshh..when i go back this sept. i wanna get one too, i saw it one time here at the angmo market, and then its gone, and i could not find it anymore :( thx for the reminder, it is a must have tool in the kitchen, thx michelle :)
