Steamed Hairy Cucumber (Mao Gua)
Ingredients:
Hairy Cucumber ( Fuzzy Gourd)
Fish
Meat (Chop Well)
Spring Onion
Dried Prawn (Chop Well)
Pepper
Salt

1st ~ Mixed well all the fish, meat, spring Onion and add some pepper & salt.
2nd ~ Peel the hairy cucumber skin, cut into half and scrape out the seed.
3rd ~ Steam about 5 - 10 minitues.
4th ~ Cut into few pices after cook and serves with a little bit soy sauce.
Usually I will prepared this meal together with Yong Tao Fu, because they using the same mixed meat.
