Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen) Slumber Egg

Ingredients :
Carrot
Chinese Chives
Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen)
Egg
Salt
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Soak Bean Thread Noodle in water about 10 mins then cut in 1 - 2 inch length. Same as Carrot and Chinese Chives.

2nd - break in egg, add pepper, salt and some soy sauce to taste.

3rd ~ Mixed well before stir fry.

4th ~ heat wok with a little bit oil, cook til bottom change color and then only turn it back continue to cook.

5th ~ cook until all done or change alittle golden color.

6th ~ Finished!

Do you remember this dish actually was the one we have at wedding dinner 10 years back. This was one of the dish of Four Varieties Hot Combination. Of cause they use sharkfin but I’m use bean thread noodle..hehe…homemade food doesn’t need expensive ingredients mah…:p

    eh i remember this chap-fan stall near my college llst time always got this wan, and this dish will come out last wan, and steaming hot wan …

    and the boss ar, knows we are college student, so always charge us cheaper wan … haha
