Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen) Scrambled Egg

Ingredients :
Carrot
Chinese Chives
Bean Thread Noodle (Dong Fen)
Egg
Salt
Soy Sauce

1st ~ Soak Bean Thread Noodle in water about 10 mins then cut in 1 - 2 inch length. Same as Carrot and Chinese Chives.

2nd - break in egg, add pepper, salt and some soy sauce to taste.

Stewed Pork With Yam 梅菜/芋头扣肉 (Non-Halal)

Ingredients :
Pork Belly
Yam / M
Five Spice Powder
Nam Rui
Onion
Garlic
Black/Dark Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Chinese Wine ( Hua Tiao Wine)
Sugar

1st - Marinated the pork belly with soy sauce for few minutes. Then fry the meat until 1/2 cook and then cut into slice (1cm - 1.5cm).

2nd ~ Prepare the Nam Rui + Chinese Wine

‘Lazy’ Soy Sauce Chicken

Ginger (few slice)

Corn Flour
 
Wonder Why I call this ‘Lazy’ Soy Sauce Chicken? because it cook by a lazy mama..:p ..Just kidding..I used to cook this meal after the day of BaiBai (sembahyang / pray). Chinese used to pray with steamed chicken. Especially Chinese New Year..Too many steamed chicken to serves..:lol:

Fried Mixed Meat And Fish Cake

Ingredients :
Meat
Fish Fillet
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Corn Flour

1st ~ Meat and Fish Fillet (5:1) chop well, mixed with onion and garlic (chop well).

2nd ~ Then add in a little bit corn flour, salt, soy sauce and water - Mixed well.

1st ~ Clean cabbage and cut into whatever shape you like ..:smile:

Beer With Dried Sour Plum

I seldom drink beer since delivered my first baby, because I been breastfeeding them since born.. So drinking beer wasn’t suitable for me anymore.
But recently I starting to enjoy it again..hehe..Of cause not often, just when I’m very free or when I’m having sore throat! Don’t you that beer is foreigner ‘herbal tea’ meh?

Steamed Hairy Cucumber (Mao Gua)

Ingredients:
Hairy Cucumber ( Fuzzy Gourd)
Fish
Meat (Chop Well)
Spring Onion
Dried Prawn (Chop Well)
Pepper
Salt
