Simple Fried Fish With Soy Sauce

Ingredients :
Fish Fillet
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Corn Powder
Soy Sauce
Sugar


1st ~ Fried fish until brown color on both side.

2nd ~Cut Ginger, Onion and Garlic into slice.

3rd~Stir-fry ginger, garlic & onion with alittle bit oil. Until it change color.

4th ~ Add soy sauce with mixed corn powder, sugar and water. continue stir fry until it become thicker.

Add onto the fish as topping and enjoy!

    Msau, can u pls tell me what kind of fish is that called in English? Is it Mackerel? SOrry if my question sounds stupid ler, I asked my mom abt the fish b4 but she dunno English woh.

    eh why u put corn powder? to thicken the soya sauce or to thin it?

    ginger, and garlic - sauteeed until brown, then put in some dark soya sauce, with some soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of water, and pour over fish … try this …

    earl-ku, to thicken the sauce lor..taste better mah..ohh..put dark soya sauce ahh..haven’t try this before..hehe..will try in next meal. thanks lor

    err soya sauce thicken it … kinda weird rite …

    the one i recommend, if got ar, put some cili padi also .. nice

    earl-ku, weird meh? u ask my mother lor..I follow her style wor..we use to do like tat..
    put cili padi ahh..this wan haven’t try b4 ler…will try next time..
