Perencah Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Rice
Vegetables
Egg
Cha Siu / Meat
Adabi Perencah Fried Rice Paste

I like this fried rice paste..taste very good. you can smell the belacan fragrance ler..

2nd ~ Any vegetables will taste good in this kind of fried rice (cabbage, letture or sawi) cut into small cube/pieces. including the char diu. And I usually will stir-fried the egg into slumber form and put aside wan.


3rd ~ cook the fried rice paste with a little bit oil. stir-fry until it fragrance.

4th ~ Add in rice (The best is using extra rice which u put overnight inside the refrigerant), not too wet..just nice to do fried rice. Stir-fry and mixed well.

5th ~ Then add in vegetable & char siu.

6th ~ Add salt and pepper to taste at last. (optional)

I’m sure everyone will know how to cook this fried rice lah..Because you no need to add additional seasoning mah..all is in the fried rice pack.
