Deep Fried Dried Seaweed Spring Roll

Ingredients:

Japanese Fry Mixed Powder
Mackerel
Crab Stick
Dried Seaweed
Water
Pepper
Salt

I’m 1st time bought this Japanese Mixed Flour is tried on the fried vegetables, taste yummy and very crispy. So quickly grab another 2 pack on the next visit to Jusco supermarket..:lol:

1st ~ Mackerel mixed with pepper and salt..just like what we prepare for Yong Tao Hu.

2nd ~ Get ready a sheet of dried seaweed which usually use for california roll.

3rd ~ spread mackerel on the dried seaweed, then place the crab stick on the medium. Roll it and press firm.

4th ~ add alittle bit meat to stick it together. so that it won’t easily separate when frying.

5th~ mixing the powder with water, remember add some water will do..the thicker the crispier.

6th ~ Dip the Meat roll into mixed paste. You can either cut into small pieces or dip in whole roll…

7th ~ Deep dry the meat roll til crispy and brown colour.

I prefer deep fried the whole meat roll then only cut it into small pieces..look more attractive hor? :mrgreen:
