Chinese Style Stir Fry Udon Noodle

Ingredients :

Japanese Udon Mee
Mushroom
Capsicum
Black Fungus
Garlic
Meat (Cut into Slice)
Dried Chilies
Black Pepper
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st ~ you can separate the udon noodle by soak or boil in hot water. Then dry it and get ready to use.

2nd ~ Meat, black fungus, capsicum and mushroom cut into slice .

3rd ~ Get really some chicken stock.

4th ~ Heat the oil in a wok with chop well garlic.

5th ~ Then stir-fry the meat for 1 minutes.

6th ~ Add in dried chilies, black fungus, mushroom, seasonings and continue stir fry.

7th ~ Add the noodles & stir fry 2 - 3 mins.

8th ~ Finally add in capsicum (U may add together with Udon Noodle, I like eating raw capsicum so add it on final step.)

This is the very Chinese style stir-fried Udon Noodle. Try it..u will like it..:smile:

    I’ve tried fried udon, those fried with lotsa black coarse pepper. This style is good too! Need to look around for udon now :)
