Chinese Style Stir Fry Udon Noodle
Ingredients :
Japanese Udon Mee
Mushroom
Capsicum
Black Fungus
Garlic
Meat (Cut into Slice)
Dried Chilies
Black Pepper
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

1st ~ you can separate the udon noodle by soak or boil in hot water. Then dry it and get ready to use.

2nd ~ Meat, black fungus, capsicum and mushroom cut into slice .

3rd ~ Get really some chicken stock.

4th ~ Heat the oil in a wok with chop well garlic.

5th ~ Then stir-fry the meat for 1 minutes.

6th ~ Add in dried chilies, black fungus, mushroom, seasonings and continue stir fry.

7th ~ Add the noodles & stir fry 2 - 3 mins.

8th ~ Finally add in capsicum (U may add together with Udon Noodle, I like eating raw capsicum so add it on final step.)

This is the very Chinese style stir-fried Udon Noodle. Try it..u will like it..:smile:

no need add water somemore ah?
no need lah..oledi add chicken stock mah…
I’ve tried fried udon, those fried with lotsa black coarse pepper. This style is good too! Need to look around for udon now
