Stir-Fry Pork Liver

Ingredients :

Pork Liver
Ginger
Five Spice Powder
Dark Soya Sauce
Pepper

1st ~ Soak slice pork kidney with hot water before stir-fry.

2nd ~ sitr-fry slice ginger without oil for few second b4 addin oil..


3rd ~ Add in socked pork kidney and stir-fry.

4th ~ add in Five Spice Powder (usually I add more to cover the pork kidney smell), dark soy sauce & oyster sauce.

5th ~ stir-fry til all cook.

6th ~ add in mixed corn powder & water & stir-fry awhile..

My mother always said this meal is good for women who just after PMS, she said it improve our blood circulars wor..Actually I doesn’t like the taste but when cook with additional five spice powder..the taste still ok lah…not so bad lor..:mrgreen:
