Stir-fry Dried Vegetables (Moi Choy) with Meat
Ingredients :
Meat (Chop Well)
Dried Salted Vegetable
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Oyster Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce

1st ~ Meat Chop Well & Dried vegetables soak about 1/2 - 1 hours before use.

2nd ~ Garlic, onion and garlic chop well too..

3rd ~ stir-fry meat for awhile b4 adding oil..

4th ~ addin oil, ginger, garlic & onion when meat half cook..and continue stir-fry…until u can smell the fragrant

5th ~ Then add in dried vegetables & stir-fly about 5 mins..

6th ~ Add in alittle bit of dark soy sauce & oyster sauce..mixed well..

Usually my mother ready this dish for additional add to the porridge and meehoon soup…I think this dish always taste nice with any noodle soup… pan mee..meehoon & etc…

Add a few dried chillis for a bit of kick
Sometimes I eat Moi Choy with Bak Kut Teh too! Your dish does look great with porridge. I already have Moi Choy and will be making this sooooon!
