Homemade Yong Tao Hu Gallery

Ingredients :

Bitterground
Dried Tohu Bob
Eggplant
Lady Finger
White Tohu
Fish
Meat
Spring Onion

1st ~ Mixed well all the fish, meat, spring Onion and add some pepper & salt. Optional add chop well dried prawn..I usually will mix this too..cause it taste better.

2nd ~ fill in the paste into all the ingredient ..in whatever shape lor..as long as the meat didn’t separate out is ok liao…:lol:

3rd ~ cook all the yong tao hu and get ready to serves.

4th ~ Deep fry the Tohu Pop..I used to love it..very crispy ..hehe

5th ~ Prepare sauce for tohu, eggplant, bitterground & others ..I use Yellow bean paste + sugar + mixed corn powder water.

That what I do for my Yong Tao Hu..:lol:..beside above vegetables, sometimes I have red chilies lah. chinese mushroom lah..long bean lah..whatever I think can make in to yong tao hu lah..
