All In 1 Chicken Rice (Claypot Chicken Rice)

Ingredients :

Chicken
Canned Mushroom
Chinese Sausage
Ginger
Onion
Spring Onion
Dark Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Hua Tiao Wine


1st - Marinated Chicken with Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster sauce & Hua Tiao Wine for at least 30 minutes.


2nd ~ Canned Mushroom & Chinese sausage cut into slice or whatever shape u like..:lol:


3rd ~ Ready Ginger for stir-fry and cook with rice.


4th ~ Fried onion with a little bit of oil until it golden colour.


5th ~ Ready to use b4 serves.


6th ~ Stir-fry sliced ginger with oil.


7th ~ Then add in marinated chicken ..stir-fry for 5 mins..

8th ~ add in mushroom & chinese sausage & continuing stir-fry until the meat half cook.


9th ~ cook rice as usual, just I will add the leftover marinated chicken sauce together with ginger. (I didn’t use claypot, because don’t know where to find a Clay Pot which can serves for 10 person..:lol:)

10th ~ Put in all the stir-fried meat when rice is just cook. press the cook button again and cook 2 - 3 mins. then switch off and let it steam inside the cooker more then 10 mins will do.


Service with spring onion & fried onion.

I like to have some chili sauce too..No others reason..I love spice food..:p
