Homemade Yong Tao Hu Gallery

Ingredients :

Bitterground
Dried Tohu Bob
Eggplant
Lady Finger
White Tohu
Fish
Meat
Spring Onion

1st ~ Mixed well all the fish, meat, spring Onion and add some pepper & salt. Optional add chop well dried prawn..I usually will mix this too..cause it taste better.

Pao Sam Chicken Soup

Ingredients :

1 Black Chicken
American Ginseng (泡参)
Water

1st ~ Rinse the chicken thoroughly and trim any excess skin and fat. Usually I will request the chicken staller do it for me. Included trim the skin & cut into 4 large pieces..Of coz still have to clean it after back home lor.

2nd ~ Add in the Bao Sam & the water just enough to cover the chicken.

Cherry Tomato

Another fruit that I bought back from Cameron Highlands. :lol:..Of coz this is a back dated post. Impossible for me to keep this cherry tomato for more then a month, right?

It just taste great. Although I’m the person doesn’t like to eat big tomato..:lol: ..But I love this cherry tomato alots. Sweet and cute..I bought at the Cameron Highland’s pasar malam. Selling at RM5.00 per kgs, plenty cheap…2 kgs finished within 23 hours..:lol:

I’m using photobucket to store all my recipe photo since this blog starts. But recently I found that those photo always cannot load wan..I wonder what is the problem..is because of my streamyx problem or the website itself having problem.

Anyone can recommend other website which provided free & large storage?

What Is The Name of This Vegetables?

Anyone know what is this vegetable call in English? I have a recipe for this vegetables in draft quite some times..But Until now I still can’t get what is it’s name..I already searching online many times ..but still can’t get the ball!
Wish to post the recipe up ler..anyone can helps me? what is vegetables name ahh? I’m calling it as suan chai in Hakka.

This Blog Is PR3 Now!

Finally My Home Recipe is having PageRank 3 now! I been waiting for pagerank rating very long..keep checking the PR ..but always give me disappointed result. Coz it stuck at PR0.

But today when I check on the pagerank again..I’m just too excited to see the PR3/10 in the result..:lol:…Maybe this wasn’t a good result for popularity blog..But I am very satisfied already.

Review : HighWay Cafe

This Highway Cafe is located at Seri Kembangan, Serdang Raya. Opposite Maybank Building. This is the only restaurant serves western food which is able to doing business here for more then 10 years! And the price is not cheap also..Of cause not expensive then The Ship or Victoria Station. A main course cost about RM30.00 like tat. Not cheap if compare to stall wan..:lol:

Ginger (few slice)

All In 1 Chicken Rice (Claypot Chicken Rice)

Ingredients :

Chicken
Canned Mushroom
Chinese Sausage
Ginger
Onion
Spring Onion
Dark Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Hua Tiao Wine


1st - Marinated Chicken with Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster sauce & Hua Tiao Wine for at least 30 minutes.


2nd ~ Canned Mushroom & Chinese sausage cut into slice or whatever shape u like..:lol:
