Curry Leaf Chicken Wing

Ingredients :

Chicken Wing
Soya Sauce
Garlic
Onion
Red Chillies /Chili Padi
Curry Leaf
Oyster Sauce

1st - Marinated Chicken wing with Soya Sauce for 2-3 hours


2nd - garlic, onion & red chillies chop well


3rd - wash curry leaf & get ready to use

4th - Deep fry chicken wing

5th - til golden color

6th - stir fry onion, garlic & curry leaf with oil

7th - add in red chillies for another mins

8th - then add chicken wings

9th - stri fy with (oyster sauce + water)

10th - Gao Dim ..:smile:

Donno where my mother get this recipe..but it just very delicious & so easy to prepare…I love it very much..usually I have to prepare at least 2 pairs for each person..totally 15 pairs for dinner ler….many hor? :lol:

    Wahh I can already imagine the yummy aromatic and spicy taste!! But may I know what can I do with the left over oil, so much woh? Do I reuse it for other normal cooking such as stir fry, fry egg, etc?

    G, usually I will reuse those oil for normal cooking oso lor…but if kenot finish all..will just masuk tong sampah after few days…I will keep those up to few days wan ohh….(stingy ler? :lol:)

    Looks sedap! Too bad it’s fried..I’m trying to cut down fried stuff from the hubby’s diet. Eh, can bake the chicken wings ar?

    Vien, I haven’t try bake wan ler….after bake chicken wing just stir-fry with those sauce..I think will taste good too..:smile:

    errr your mom got it from local tai chow chef? i think they called this Kam Hiong kai … like they way u fry crab or lala or sotong with this recipe? i think so la … haha coz got cury leave sure Kam hiong style lo …

    earl-ku, Kam Hiong ah… alittle bit similiar wor..just no dried shrimp…

    Msau, not stingy ler u, i oso keep used oil .. hmm i didnt know can only keep for few days, i kept longer than that, wahahahaha .. luckily didnt get sick ah. Now i know lah, must throw after few days.

    G, not necessary to thraw all if u keep it well lor..can try earl-ku formula to recycle oil..then can keep for more days lor..

    Hey those oil if its not that black you can actually recycle it, hehe by actually removing the smeel of the things u fried previously

    Just peel a few potatoes and slice upu into big wedges, so more surface, then fry them lo, this will remove all the smell from the oil …

    aiyoo.. earl-ku..u oledi marry or not?? tot wanna instroduce some girl to u lah..cooking man usually not a bad man wor..:lol:

    how come u know so much abotu cooking wan…fried potato to recycle oil u oso know???
