Review : Wong Kok Restaurant
HongKong style restaurant r very popular in M’sia now ahh..can see it everywhere..This Wong Kok Restaurant is located at South City Plaza.
Food r quite big portian..ngam ngam enough for me…:lol:..and the price..ok lah..not expensive..

Teh Ais & donno-wat-name drink..hehe..but very nice.

Ingredients :
Chinese Spinach
Anchovy
Garlic
Salt

1st - stir fry anchovy with oil for awhile

2rd - then stir fry with garlic

3rd - add in chinese spinach stir fry for 2 - 3 mins
then add salt to taste

Too simple?? hehee…sorry lah…homemade food of lazy mama is like tat wan lor..:p

Chicken Wing
Soya Sauce
Garlic
Onion
Red Chillies /Chili Padi
Curry Leaf
Oyster Sauce

1st - Marinated Chicken wing with Soya Sauce for 2-3 hours

2nd - garlic, onion & red chillies chop well

3rd - wash curry leaf & get ready to use

4th - Deep fry chicken wing

5th - til golden color

6th - stir fry onion, garlic & curry leaf with oil

7th - add in red chillies for another mins

8th - then add chicken wings

9th - stri fy with (oyster sauce + water)

10th - Gao Dim ..:smile:
Donno where my mother get this recipe..but it just very delicious & so easy to prepare…I love it very much..usually I have to prepare at least 2 pairs for each person..totally 15 pairs for dinner ler….many hor? ![]()

as usual lah…thraw all the ingredient into pot, add water to boil about 2 - 3 hours..
ahh…a really good ‘ha foh’ ä¸‹ç« soup after being ‘waterfish’...

My boss brought me to a ‘Expensive but never feeling full after eat’ punya restaurant…Located at Tengkat Tong Shin…Beside Radius hotel & opposite Allson Genesis Hotel.. We heard it from the radio..saying tat this restaurant serve very nice pork steak …and PRISE R VERY REASONALBE…We went there for a try lah….
When we step into the shop..My 6th sense was telling me tat..this time we must being ‘water fish’ liao lah…..We have our ‘candle Lunch’ in the restaurant for whole afternoon! nobody step in except us 2 little ‘pig’….aiyooo…

For who doesn’t eat beef, this restaurant really serve delicious pork chop…My boss kept telling me how tasty the pork chop was…hehe…B’coz she never taste Beef steak b4 wat…for me is ok lah…
When the bill come, we both really been a stupid ‘pig’ kena chop…Total RM150++ for a lunch! huh…no next time liao..except I found another water fish to belanja lah…hehe

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cut into cube)
Dried Chilies
Big Onion
Garlic
Capsicum
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Corn Powder

1st - Fry chicken cube for 1 - 2 mins, and ready to use.

2nd - Stir-fry onion, dried chilies, garlic with oil ..

3rd - Add Capsicum b4 stir-fry chicken cube
(If u like to eat raw capsicum)
Otherwise stir-fry abit longer

4th - Add in chicken cube

6th - get ready corn powder mixed with water

5th - Add oyster sauce & soya sauce stir for awhile
Finally add mixed corn powder

OK! Dried Chilies Chicken Cube (宫å®é¸¡ä¸ï¼‰ ready to serves.
beside chicken meat..I love to make GongPoh sotong, GongPoh Tian Kei & etc..:lol:…yummy
sometimes I will put 腰豆 (cashew nut) for topping too..but this time lazy to goreng ler..hehe

3 years ago I didn’t know wat is Nasi Kerabu at all…until a day I found it at a malay stall and was curious how it taste like..so have my 1st nasi kerabu…
After Then, I fall in love with Nasi Kerabu…:lol:.. hahaa…Its sell at RM1.50 together with half salted egg..cheap ler?? hehe ..and is quite a big portion oso..took this as breakfast then lunch oso can save liao…
Review : Fried Malay Kampung Chicken
today let me introduced a Malay food stall located at Bandar Tun Razak, DBKL..My boss told me tat is a famous Malay stall wor..most famous food r goreng ayam kampung without skin..For me it taste ok lah…Wat I love is ..the Sambal Belacan..wohh..yummy ler…

Full of ppl inside the stall! I faster faster pick my food then get out there lia..otherwise I’m be the sardin liao..hehe

Nahh…this was my lunch..big plate ler..from this u can imaginate my sizes liao..hahaa..Wetok 2 pcs of fried chicken seperately..but forgot to take photo..hehe

10 Mins after, leave only fish head..hohoo..Very full liao.. 
eeee……Where was the fish head??? Don u know tat fish head r the most yummy part meh?? hehe…My boss told me wan..but I donno how to eat tat fish head..so my boss consumed it liao…

Ingredients:
Pork Meat (Cut into slice)
Garlice
Soy Sauce
a bit sugar (about 1/2 teaspoon)
Spring Onion / Chinese Celery
1st of all - Marinaded slice meat with soy sauce & sugar for 1/2 hours or more..

2nd - fried garlic with hot oil til abit brownish..

3rd - sir-fry the maridated meat until its cooked


4th - decorate with spring onion / chinese celery
very easy & simple dish, right? hahaa..I’m can’t live without meat….so sometimes really lost of idea wat to cook..I will just take out pork meat & cook this for myself…simple & fast… :p
