Review : Wong Kok Restaurant

HongKong style restaurant r very popular in M’sia now ahh..can see it everywhere..This Wong Kok Restaurant is located at South City Plaza.
Food r quite big portian..ngam ngam enough for me…:lol:..and the price..ok lah..not expensive..

Teh Ais & donno-wat-name drink..hehe..but very nice.

Stir-Fried Chinese Spinach

Ingredients :
Chinese Spinach
Anchovy
Garlic
Salt

1st - stir fry anchovy with oil for awhile

2rd - then stir fry with garlic

3rd - add in chinese spinach stir fry for 2 - 3 mins
then add salt to taste

Too simple?? hehee…sorry lah…homemade food of lazy mama is like tat wan lor..:p

Curry Leaf Chicken Wing

Ingredients :
Chicken Wing
Soya Sauce
Garlic
Onion
Red Chillies /Chili Padi
Curry Leaf
Oyster Sauce

1st - Marinated Chicken wing with Soya Sauce for 2-3 hours

2nd - garlic, onion & red chillies chop well

3rd - wash curry leaf & get ready to use

4th - Deep fry chicken wing

5th - til golden color

WinterMelon Soup

WinterMelon
Pork Bone / Chicken Bone
Red Dates
Kei Chi
Salt

watermelon (just snap pic for fun…
u sure know how watermelon look like guaa..:p)

as usual lah…thraw all the ingredient into pot, add water to boil about 2 - 3 hours..
ahh…a really good ‘ha foh’ 下火 soup after being ‘waterfish’…

Dried Chilies (GongPoh) Chicken Cube 宫宝鸡丁

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cut into cube)
Dried Chilies
Big Onion
Garlic
Capsicum
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Corn Powder

1st - Fry chicken cube for 1 - 2 mins, and ready to use.

2nd - Stir-fry onion, dried chilies, garlic with oil ..

3rd - Add Capsicum b4 stir-fry chicken cube
(If u like to eat raw capsicum)
Otherwise stir-fry abit longer

Review : Nasi Kerabu

today let me introduced a Malay food stall located at Bandar Tun Razak, DBKL..My boss told me tat is a famous Malay stall wor..most famous food r goreng ayam kampung without skin..For me it taste ok lah…Wat I love is ..the Sambal Belacan..wohh..yummy ler…

NonHalal - StirFried Soy Sauce Meat

Ingredients:
Pork Meat (Cut into slice)
Garlice
Soy Sauce
a bit sugar (about 1/2 teaspoon)
Spring Onion / Chinese Celery
1st of all - Marinaded slice meat with soy sauce & sugar for 1/2 hours or more..

2nd - fried garlic with hot oil til abit brownish..

3rd - sir-fry the maridated meat until its cooked
