Spinach Tauhu Soup

Ingredients

Spinach
Century egg
Salted egg
Soft taufu
Black vinegar
Black sesame seeds/sesame oil
Chicken stock
Cornstarch

1st ~ cook spinach in boiled water for 1 or 2 mins

2nd ~ Century egg, salted egg (remember to cook 1st....) & tauhu cut into small cube.

3rd ~ Mixed cornstarch with water

4th ~ Boil water, then put in tauhu, follow by century & salted egg

5th ~ add spinach & cook for awhile, then add black vinegar & mixed cornstarch b4 serves

Finally add some black sesame seeds/sesame oil

    Looks good, will make it for my in-laws. They always make the bland spinach soup w/ chicken stock.

    Vien, I learn this from TV show too..quite a different style of soup..not bad ohh
