Black Vinegar Pork Knuckles

Ingredients
Black Vinegar 1 : 3 water
Dried Chillies
sugar
sliced ginger
Boil Pork Leg with Water 1st..to ease some fat then pour all the water..
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Put all ingredients together & boil for 1/2 hour.

This was the sugar I used..

mmmmhh…wat a chinese stye confinement food..

    Yum! I love this and sometimes will make it a special pt to visit the chap fan stall which makes this on certain days. Home made versions are incredibly nice.

    boo_licious, never try this dish at chap fan stall..hehe..not so attractive to me..I still prefer homemade wan..think about the sour ..hmm..oledi drooling lor..
