Stir Fried Potato Luncheon Meat

Ingredients

Big Onion
Luncheon meat
Potato (5 - 6)
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Cornstarch
Water

1st ~ cut onion, luncheon meat & potato into small cubes

2nd ~ Fried luncheon meat & potato until goldenish & crispy

Potato Goldenish & Crispy at outside

3rd ~ Mixed oyster sauce + cornstarch + soya sauce + 1 bowl water
(Is ok to have mroe water, coz potato & luncheon meat will absorb it when stir fried)

4th ~ Stir fried Onion (without Oil)

5th ~ Put in all potato & luncheon meat
6th ~ add in mixed sauce & stir fried for 1 min or 2 mins

    i prefer my luncheon meat big big piece, coated with eggs :D
