Chinese Cabbage Meat Ball Soup

Ingredients :
Meatball
Chinese Cabbage
2 - 3 slice ginger
Few sliced meat

1) Boil anchovies soup & leave soup only
2) put in meatball, ginger & Chinese Cabbage
3) add salt & soy sauce to taste.

Deep-Fry Prawn

Ingredients
Medium size Prawn
Fried Chicken Powder
salt & pepper

1st ~ Mixed fried chicken powder (or cornstarch) with salt & pepper
2nd ~ dip prawn in flour & coat it
3rd ~ deep fry til golden & crispy

u can serve with chilli sauce …or………..

My favourite of ..
Mixed Mayonnaise with a little sugar & Sunkist Orange juice…

Stir Fried Potato Luncheon Meat

Ingredients
Big Onion
Luncheon meat
Potato (5 - 6)
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Cornstarch
Water

1st ~ cut onion, luncheon meat & potato into small cubes

2nd ~ Fried luncheon meat & potato until goldenish & crispy

Potato Goldenish & Crispy at outside

3rd ~ Mixed oyster sauce + cornstarch + soya sauce + 1 bowl water

Wax Jambu (Syzygium samarangense)

Last nite went to nite market & attracted by this wax jambu (Syzygium samarangense)
what a huge & redish jambu, bought it at RM7/kg..Very juicy & sweet fruit..

1 plate of Wax Jambu Flower…

Actually eat it plain oledi sweet enough,
But I like to have some serves with plum powder & Sugar too ..

Dried Bak Choy Soup

Ingredients :-
Pork Bone
Chicken Foot
Red date
Dried bak choy
Raw peanut
Dried Sotong
Boil all above ingredients for 3 - 4 hours..
Add salt & soya sauce to taste..

mmmh….1 big bowl of ‘low fuo tong’ was here to serve.

Stir Fried Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
Chinese cabbage
Black Fungus
Fried Mackerel (slice)
Carrot (few slice)
Ginger (2 - 3 slice)
Garlie
Dried Tauhu
Oyster Sauce
Cornstarch
Water

1st ~ Cut all ingredients & put aside, and ready to stir-fry

2nd - Stir fry ginger, garlic & carrot

2nd ~ Put all ingredients in stir for a while
3rd ~ add slice fried mackerel
4th ~ Finally add Oyster sauce & salt to taste.

Simple Coleslaw

Cabbage / Lettuce
Green cucumber
Carrot
Turnip
Mayonnaise
Basil leave
pepper (to taste)

1st ~ all ingredients cut into slice
2nd ~basil leave chop fine
3rd ~ Mixed all the ingredients
4th ~ Add mayonnaise & pepper to taste
5th ~ Topping with chop basil leave

Review : Pork Meat Noodle

This small food stall located at Jalan Alor, very hard to find …easily to pass it without notice wan…I only remember it located at somewhere nearby Istana Hotel guaa…No air-cond, no beauty waitress..But it really pack with ppl..Most r whom working nearby..

Foh Zhou Fish Ball Soups

Chan Choy
Foh zhou Big Fish Ball (with meat filling)
1 Salted egg
Pork meat (few pieces)

Really donno what this vegetables call in english..
but with this pic u should know wat is it..
1st - Boil water with few pieces of meat
2nd ~ Add in fish ball & cook another 5 mins
3rd ~ Add in chan choy & salted [...]

Review : Portuguese Grill Fish

Tomolo is Saturday, so I recommend u going out for nice spicy food..It located at Midvalley KL 2nd Floor Food court..I’m tried it after recommended by Twinsmom..Really a SPICY grill fish…

My rice..very yummy eventho just mixed with chillies sambal….
Conclusion : Yummy Grill Fish….Cost about RM4 [...]
